1. Information We Collect

We only collect the information you voluntarily provide through our contact form. This includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Details of the building work you are enquiring about

2. How We Use It

We don't use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising tools. The only thing the site stores in your browser is a timestamp after you submit the form, so it can't be sent twice by accident; it isn't sent anywhere. When you submit an enquiry it is delivered to us by Google (Google Apps Script and Google Sheets) and lands in our email inbox and a private spreadsheet in our Google account. We use it to review your enquiry, call or email you back, and get your project booked in. We do not do anything else with it.

3. Data Sharing

We will never sell, rent or pass your personal information to anyone for marketing. The only third party that handles it is Google, which processes and stores enquiries on our behalf as described above. The data controller is Norwich Builders, 14 Penrice Road, Little Plumstead, Norwich, NR13 5FP.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Simply get in touch and we'll action your request promptly. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
