What the work involves
Renovation work usually starts with taking things back further than expected, because what is behind the plaster decides the rest of the job. Old coverings come off, floors and ceilings are opened up where needed, and anything that has failed, damp, rot, previous work done badly, gets dealt with before new finishes go anywhere near it.
Putting it back
From there it is the rebuild: any structural changes, then plastering, flooring, joinery, doors and skirting, and decorating. On a whole-house renovation we can work room by room so you can stay in the property, or run it as one continuous job if it is empty, whichever suits how you need to live around it.
